Vice President, Client Development; Chandos Construction

Terry is a graduate of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Civil Engineering and has been in the construction industry for 39 years. Terry has experience in all aspects of the development and construction processes working in both the public and private sectors. He has served as permit issuer, inspector, planner, real estate manager, project director, and contractor. In his current position as Vice President of Client Development for the last 10 years with Chandos Construction Ltd., Terry leads and oversees the preconstruction phases of projects. He believes that the preconstruction phase is where the most influence can be used to cost effectively set up projects for successful implementation.
