Gerald is the Vice President of Government & Community Affairs for Liquor Stores N.A. Ltd.

In the past, Gerald managed Government Affairs for Target Canada in Western Canada and was the Chief of Staff to the Government Caucus in Saskatchewan prior to working for Executive Council in the Alberta government.

Gerald has an Master’s Degree in Political Science (International Relations) from the University of Windsor and a B.A. in Political Science & Geography from the University of Calgary and has played a high level of rugby in Canada and abroad.
